过去几年，我校的收费一直较低（相比于其他中文学校）。但是，从去年开始，由于教师工资和教室租金的增加，新增其他运营成本（比如专业清洁人员所涉及的费用）。因此新学年费用有所增加。校委会在全校范围内调查结果（ https://www.surveymonkey.com/results/SM-VPVFXWSDL/的基础上，对新学年收费做出以下一些调整：

In the past few years, our school's fees are quite low compared with other Chinese schools. However, due to the increase of teachers’ salaries and venues' rent, unexpected additional operating costs (such as professional cleaners), the school committee had to make some adjustment to the fees based on the survey results（https://www.surveymonkey.com/results/SM-VPVFXWSDL/.

建议大家通过下面网上方法支付费用 (请大家使用Debit Card付款，因为信用卡（Visa/Master）会有1.3%的手续费)。如果不能网上支付，请联系校委会使用支票或者现金支付。
Payment should use the following online payment to reduce workload and errors (It is best to pay by debit card as there is a 1.3% surcharge fee for the credit card) for your membership fee. If you can not make online payment, please contact school management team to pay by cheques or by cash.

第二步： 点击 "Donate Now" Step 2: Click "Donate Now" button
第三步： 根据选择的课程选择或者输入正确的费用 （见上面的表）。注：如果家里有多个学生，可合在一起付一次费用，请把费用加在一起。
在下一页输入你的姓名，在Your Message 里面输入你孩子的姓名和要上的班级，以及要选择的兴趣课，然后点击下一步。如果给多个学生付款，请包括所有孩子的信息
(请尽量包括完整的信息，最好包括孩子的中文和英文全名，以方便我们和学生注册信息核对）
Step 3: Select or enter the correct amount (see table above). You can combine the payment for multiple students，please add the fees together for all students.
In the next page, please enter your name in next page, and also enter your child's name, classes and/or activity class in the "your message". If you are paying for multiple students, please ensure to include all student's details and their classes/activity classes. Then click “Next Step”
(Please ensure to include all information for your kids and their classes, include their full name in English and in Chinese if possible. This will allow us to cross check with our student registration records).

第六步: 再次确认你留的信息 （Review your message)，请确认包含所有学生的完整信息，以及是否同意学校可以联系你的方式（建议至少选择第一项学校可以通过邮件联系你。这样如果付费有问题的话，方便学校与你沟通。）
Step 6: Review the donation amount and review your message (please ensure the message include all student information), and also select whether the school can contact you (please tick the first option ""Yes, contact me by email" as we can contact you if there is any issue with the fee payment or information included in the message), click “Next” if all information are correct
第七步： 填写付款信息，然后点击"Donate"。我们建议使用大家使用Debit Card付款，因为信用卡（Visa/Master）会有1.3%的手续费。

第八步：捐款确认页面，如果捐款成功处理完毕，你会收到一封确认邮件。请检查你的邮箱
Step 8: Confirmation of donation page. Justgiving will process your donation, and once it is processed, you will receive an email of donation summary. Please check your email.
第九步：检查你的邮件，确保在开学的第一节课带着捐款的收据（打印或者手机显示）给老师看，并领取教材。 Step 9: Check your email; print the email receipt or bring the email with you on mobile device, and show it to the class teacher as proof of donation and collect the text books.
